This is the last week of our 6 month Pre-season training program. Congrats to those who took it seriously and followed the workouts. You will likely be in the best cycling shape of your life! Take a minute to give your self a pat on the back and look back at how far you've come from our first week of strength and cycling work. Way to go!
This last week will be a recovery week before the start of our season. Get some rest, do your recovery workouts, and we will see you in a week to get the season officially started.
